OUR DELIVERY TIME TO YOUOrder turn around is normally from 1 to 3 weeks after receipt of a complete order, and excludes weekends, holidays and factory closure days. On rare occasions depending on your order size and specifications there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays or temporary factory overload. We will contact you if such things occur. Orders received by 2:00 PM EST will begin production the next business day.
SHIPPING AND HANDLINGShipping within the contiguous 48 US States is an additional 10% charge to your order. For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, please add 20% to cover the additional cost of air freight. Most products are shipped via UPS from our facility in Miami, FL. Large items that exceed UPS limitations are shipped via freight carriers. Freight carrier delivery is usually to your front door. If you require an unusual delivery, there may be a surcharge charged to you by the freight carrier.
RETURNSSince Coverlux window treatments are custom crafted to fit your windows only, they are not returnable for any reason except for warranty repair. |
